GMW is looking for practical, hands-on people to join our Field Services Central team in Tatura.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team and getting stuck into the job. You’ll help keep weeds under control across our water infrastructure, with work including spraying, slashing and general field maintenance.

We’re open to all levels of experience! Whether you’re an experienced operator who knows the ropes or someone keen to get started and learn new skills, we’d love to hear from you. Bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a hands-on approach, and we’ll support you with training to help you succeed.

Experience with herbicides, fencing, chainsaws or powered tools is a bonus. Have an excavator operator licence or experience operating machinery? Even better! but don’t let a lack of experience or qualifications hold you back.

At GMW, you’ll join a supportive team,

build your skills and enjoy a varied outdoor role that makes a real difference to our waterways and regional communities. It’s also a great prospect to enjoy the lifestyle that comes with working in regional Victoria.
