The Role

As the Systems Administrator, you will support and maintain the organisation's Modern Workplace and Cloud environment. Acting as an escalation point for Level 2 support, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues while contributing to projects focused on improving cloud infrastructure, systems and security.

More specific duties are highlighted below:

- Managing Microsoft 365, Intune and MDM.
- Supporting Entra ID and IAM.
- Maintaining and administering Azure environments.
- Contributing to Modern Workplace and Cloud projects.
- Troubleshooting complex issues and improving system performance.
- Experience with VMware.
- Highest point of escalation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
