ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA commercial builder to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor and Site Manager for two separate permanent positions across its growing portfolio of Perth-based construction projects.

With a strong pipeline of work spanning commercial, health, retail, industrial and multi-storey developments, these opportunities offer the chance to work on significant construction projects valued at $30M and above.

The Opportunities

Site Supervisor

Working closely with the Site Manager and project delivery team, you will coordinate day-to-day construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily site activities, trades and subcontractors
- Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics
- Monitor construction progress against programme requirements
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards
- Maintain site safety, WHS compliance and safe work practices
- Identify and resolve day-to-day construction challenges
- Support the Site Manager in achieving key project milestones

Site Manager

Taking overall responsibility for site operations and construction delivery,



you will lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee all aspects of site operations from mobilisation through to completion
- Manage construction programmes, sequencing and critical project milestones
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Monitor project progress, productivity and construction quality
- Drive site safety, WHS compliance and continuous improvement
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, consultants and client representatives
- Proactively manage site challenges, resources and programme requirements
- Ensure construction works meet contractual, technical and quality specifications

About You

We are interested in speaking with experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers who have a proven background in commercial construction and the ability to coordinate complex building projects.
Ideally, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position within commercial construction
- Previous exposure to large-scale commercial builds, ideally $30M+
- Robust understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site operations
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors,



trades and multiple work fronts
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards, building regulations and WHS requirements
- Ability to maintain programme, safety and quality expectations
- White Card and current driver's licence
- Tilt-panel construction experience highly regarded

For the Site Manager position, a minimum of five years' relevant experience and a demonstrated ability to manage major commercial construction sites will be highly regarded.
