ou will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of approximately 600–700 lots across 40 buildings, with the support of an experienced and friendly team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Managing an established portfolio of approximately 40 strata buildings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
- Preparing for and attending AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
- Overseeing budgets, financial matters and compliance requirements.
- Providing professional advice and guidance to strata committees.
- Ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently and efficiently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
