Our client is seeking an Administration Officer within their Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Team.

Details of the opportunity are outlined below:

Position Details

- Engagement Period: 6 Months with possibility of extension
- Work Arrangement: Fulltime
- Remuneration$63.34p/hr + Super
- Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
- Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in:

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare explicit and accurate reports, correspondence and other documentation.
- A n interest or qualification in communication, media, or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in providing a range of administration and project support activities within a major project or program environment.




- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and follow systems and processes to support delivery within specified timeframes.
- Experience maintaining project documents in a document control system (e.g. Objective Connect, Aconex, Consultation Manager/Open Point or similar)
- Hybrid working arrangements may be considered. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office as required for stakeholder engagement, workshops, meetings, and project activities.
