Amplifon Australia is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Melbourne retail store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting audiologists to deliver exceptional care.

You will use basic Outlook/Teams/One Drive for scheduling and client management, contribute to sales targets, and participate in outreach and promotional activities. A proactive, customer-focused attitude and solid organizational skills are essential.
