The Star Sydney is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and mentor F&B; teams across venues at our entertainment destination in Pyrmont/Darling Harbour. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting the leadership team with training and development.

You will oversee F&B; Attendants, ensure RSA compliance, and drive effective operations to meet business requirements.
