Norths Collective, a forward-thinking and not-for-profit group of venues, seeks a passionate chef to deliver high-quality dishes at The Alcott Lane Cove and associated clubs in NSW. You will cook, present and evolve menus in a rapid-paced, team-oriented kitchen, manage stock, maintain cleanliness, and lead and train junior staff while upholding the highest safety standards.
The role requires flexibility for rotating rosters including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
