AES is seeking a proactive and organised Inside Sales & Sales Support professional to strengthen our national sales function. You will be a key point of contact for customers and the sales team—managing enquiries, making outbound calls, preparing quotes and ensuring every opportunity is followed through. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works confidently with sales systems and takes pride in delivering responsive, accurate support.

Key responsibilities

Identifying and researching potential business opportunities.

Making outbound calls and building rapport with customer contacts.

Responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.

Asking questions to understand customer needs and assess suitability.

Arranging qualified appointments for the sales team.

Following up prospects and maintaining customer engagement.

Keeping accurate CRM records and clear next actions.





Working towards agreed activity and appointment targets.

About you

Experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service or a similar role.

Strong telephone, email and relationship-building skills.

The ability to identify customer needs and confidently progress sales opportunities.

Experience preparing quotes and working with pricing or margin requirements.

Sound CRM skills and disciplined record-keeping.

Strong organisation, accuracy and time-management skills.

A collaborative approach and willingness to support customers and colleagues.
