The Water Place is a leading independently owned business that sells and distributes various options of bottled water throughout the Newcastle and Hunter regions. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable production operator to join our team on a 6 month full-time contract, with the view to a permanent role for the right person, as the business expands.

The Role

Operation of the 15L water bottling line and packaging line.

Setup of daily runs, operation of line for 3-5 hours per day, plus start-up and clean-up.

Moving and rearranging stock, loading and unloading vehicles.

Receiving and inspecting incoming and outgoing goods.

Assisting with stocktakes and inventory initiatives.





General warehouse duties.

Skills and Experience

Forklift licence (essential).

Previous experience working on a production line (preferred but not essential).

LR, MR, or HR Licence considered a bonus.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Able to work unsupervised and follow instructions.

Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic.

Able to work within a small team environment.

This is a full-time position with 3 month trial before becoming permanent.

NOTE: successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol screening.
