We are looking for a seasoned Signage Designer & Print Production All-Rounder with at least 3 to 4 years of hands‑on industry experience. You'll be managing artwork setup and client proofs, operating Roland XP-640, Roland AP-640 Resin printer, and Summa S3 plotter.

We have a excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Signage Production Specialist (Vinyl and Print) to join our team.

About the role

In this role you will use your experience in all facets of design and print, required to manufacture signs, with a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Design & Prepress: Design, proof and pre-press vector files.
- RIP & Print Operations: Manage print queues, colour management, and nesting,



and operate our Roland XP-640, Roland AP-640, and Summa S3 Plotter.
- Print Production & Finishing: Laminate (monomeric, polymeric, and cast systems), weed, trim, apply application tape, and mount graphics to rigid substrates.
- Workflow & Quality Control: Multitask across competing deadlines, manage production schedules, and maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) on all outgoing work.

About you

Minimum 3–4 years of solid, proven experience working directly in a commercial sign shop.

Direct, hands‑on experience running wide-format print/cut equipment and laminators.

Reliability and positive, proactive attitude.

Exceptional ability to juggle multiple projects at once without letting standards slip.
