About the Role

As the Director of Fun, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all amusement and leisure offerings within the resort. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences, driving revenue, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of all facilities.

You will lead a passionate Leisure Team, champion safety and service excellence, and ensure every amusement area operates to the highest Accor and resort standards. From school holiday programs to rink operations,



social media support, and team development—you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and develop the Leisure Team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service and meet business KPIs.
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of all amusement facilities, including direct responsibility for the Blue Mountains Ice‑Skating Rink.
- Maintain strong on‑floor presence to support, coach and guide team members.
- Design and manage the resort’s School Holiday Program, ensuring all activities are safe, engaging and commercially aligned.
- Oversee guest engagement, service delivery, ticketing, bookings, and overall facility presentation.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and experiences.
