We are seeking a reliable, motivated and practical person to join our team in a varied role combining hands‑on warehouse duties with administration tasks. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, working from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock including palletised freight and container deliveries
- Picking and packing customer orders and arranging freight bookings
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating regular stocktakes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, safe and well organised
- Operating a walkie stacker to move and handle stock
- Delivering local orders using the company van
- Performing regular physical duties, including lifting, carrying and moving stock
- Entering data and maintaining accurate customer and product records
- Booking freight and coordinating deliveries
- Processing sales shipments and invoices

About you

- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Good computer skills, including data entry, preparing stocktakes and maintaining stock records
- Experience using online freight booking systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills,



with accurate spelling and a sound grasp of mathematics
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A good understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS), with a commitment to maintaining a safe working workplace
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently
- A current driver's licence and the ability to undertake local deliveries using the company van
- Experience with Unleashed or a similar inventory management system is highly regarded
- Previous experience in international logistics, including coordinating import shipments and working with overseas suppliers or freight forwarders, would be an advantage
