Senior Manager, Design, Quality and Systems

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Design, Quality & Systems to lead the evolution of our enterprise design systems, quality standards and experience frameworks. Sitting at the intersection of design, technology, customer experience and digital transformation, you’ll work closely with brand, campaigns, digital, , CRM, and lifecycle teams to make great design easier to deliver, easier to scale and more consistent across our brands and channels. What you’ll be doing Own, build and continually evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, templates and experience patterns. Define and uphold clear standards across visual quality, usability, UX and accessibility, including WCAG compliance. Create reusable and modular solutions that enable teams to self-serve while maintaining quality and consistency. Partner closely with engineering, digital, CRM, lifecycle and CRO/optimisation teams to integrate design systems across platforms. Support agile, data-driven, personalised and automated customer experiences. Reduce reliance on bespoke design by creating scalable systems and clear guardrails.
