Medibank invites a strategic Squad Lead to shape the enterprise delivery system and its Atlassian ecosystem across Medibank, ahm and Amplar Health. You’ll own the vision, governance and evolution, enabling teams to plan, govern, deliver and measure change effectively. You will lead a small team, drive multi-year roadmaps, and push AI and automation adoption across planning, delivery, governance and reporting activities, while strengthening governance and reducing manual effort.
