The company is seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to take responsibility for managing an established portfolio of strata properties.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work autonomously while receiving support from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing an established portfolio of strata schemes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
- Preparing and conducting AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
- Overseeing maintenance, repairs, insurance matters and contractor management.
- Providing professional advice on strata legislation and compliance.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to client service.
- A current strata management licence appropriate to the role.
