continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Retail Buyer to join our team and contribute to the
coordination, promotion and ongoing development of our products, supporting customer
engagement and the continued growth of the CHAR brand.

Tasks and Responsibilities

 Manage and coordinate retail accounts and partner relationships, monitoring sales data,

stock levels, market information and changing consumer trends to support retail planning

and purchasing decisions.

 Liaise with retailers, distributors, suppliers and other business partners regarding product

requirements, purchase orders, supply arrangements, stock availability and retail

requirements.

 Coordinating purchase orders, product listings and retail requirements

 Support the negotiation and coordination of purchase, supply, promotional and commercial

arrangements with suppliers and retail partners.

 Coordinating product information, pricing and promotional materials; coordinating retail

launches and campaigns

 Coordinate retail launches, campaigns, activations and sales promotions, working with





management and retail partners to ensure promotional activities are implemented

effectively.

 Monitor market conditions, trade information and consumer trends and provide relevant

information to management to assist with long-term retail planning and sales strategies.

 Establish and maintain working plans and schedules in accordance with seasonal

requirements, sales objectives, stock levels and budgetary considerations.

 Coordinate product requirements, purchase orders and stock levels, including monitoring

retail demand, confirming quantities and specifications.

 Coordinate purchasing activities and liaise with suppliers regarding product availability,

quality, quantities, pricing and delivery requirements.

 Coordinate product information, including product specifications, pricing, stock availability

and promotional details, and communicate relevant information to retailers, suppliers and

internal teams.

Qualifications and skills requirements include:

- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF certificate IV. A

minimum of 3 years of work experience may substitute formal qualifications

- At least 1 year of work experience is required

- Strong purchasing and supplier negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and commercial awareness.

- Good knowledge of retail products and market trends.

- Strong inventory and stock management skills.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
