LLandscape Labourer & Leading Hand – Two Opportunities

Ecovia Turf is growing, and we’re looking for two people to join our team: a Landscape Labourer and an Experienced Leading Hand in landscaping, artificial turf installation, or both.

We’re a family business delivering quality artificial turf and landscaping projects for residential and commercial clients across South East Queensland. We value reliable people, recognise hard work and help our team build their skills.

Landscape Labourer

You’ll work alongside our experienced crew, assisting with artificial turf installation, site preparation, ground levelling, base installation, retaining walls and fencing.

Previous landscaping or construction experience is welcome, but isn’t essential. If you’re dependable, comfortable with physical outdoor work and keen to learn, we’d like to hear from you.

Experienced Leading Hand

You’ll bring experience in landscaping, artificial turf installation, or both, with the ability to lead a crew and manage the day-to-day work on site.

You’ll organise tasks, maintain quality and work independently with support from our project manager. Your pay will reflect your experience, skills and ability to take responsibility for a team.

Your working day

The crew meets at our Ransome shed at 6 am, then travels to projects in company vehicles. Typical finish times are between 1 pm and 3 pm, depending on the job.

You’ll need to be able to reliably get to the shed for the morning start.

What we’re looking for

- A current driver’s licence – manual preferred; provisional licences accepted.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Ability to carry out physical work outdoors.
- Willingness to learn, work safely and take pride in the finished result.
- Australian work rights.

A White Card and Blue Card are preferred but not essential.

For the Leading Hand role, relevant industry experience and the ability to lead a crew and manage site work are essential.
