Casual Retail Sales Assistant – Jewellery Kiosk Location: Westfield Plenty Valley, Melbourne Employment type: Casual / Temporary Duration: 2 weeks – Christmas trading period (December 2026) Hours: To be confirmed We are looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Retail Sales Assistant to join our jewellery kiosk at Westfield Plenty Valley for a two-week Christmas pop-up. About the role - Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service. - Help customers choose jewellery and gifts. - Recommend products, upsell and create a positive shopping experience. - Process sales using Square POS and EFTPOS. - Keep the kiosk clean, organised and beautifully presented. - Assist with restocking and daily sales activities.



About you - Previous retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in jewellery, fashion or accessories. - Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers. - Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a busy shopping centre. - Sales-focused, proactive and able to work independently. - Available during the Christmas trading period, including weekends.
