Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an experienced and motivated Vans Sales Manager to join our team at Eagle Farm.

This is a hands-on selling role where you will manage your own sales pipeline, achieve sales and profitability targets, and grow our retail, business and fleet customer base through new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales.

Your responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed individual Vans sales targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
- Proactively generate leads and develop new retail, business and fleet opportunities
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly
- Work closely with finance, service and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience




- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain strong product and market knowledge

About you

- Proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
- A solid track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- The ability to manage your own sales activity and develop new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Vans, fleet or business sales experience is highly regarded
- A current, valid driver’s licence
