Join a growing organisation operating in the renewable energy sector during an exciting period of change and growth. With a diverse workforce spanning corporate and operational environments, the business is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide hands-on support to the Head of HR and wider business.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will step into a broad, hands-on HR Advisor position for an initial four-month contract.

- Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers across day-to-day people matters.
- Managing employee relations and performance matters, including PIPs, performance conversations and manager coaching.
- Supporting workers' compensation, injury management and return-to-work matters.
- Assisting with the remuneration review, salary changes and associated documentation.
- Supporting payroll activities, including employee data, payroll changes and compliance checks.
- Managing HR documentation including contracts, variations, letters and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Supporting both corporate and operational/site-based employees.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic HR skilled who can hit the ground running.




You will ideally bring:

- Approximately 6–7+ years' HR experience within an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience across employee relations, performance management, PIPs, workers' compensation and manager advisory.
- Previous payroll processing experience.
- Experience supporting remuneration or salary review processes.
- Experience using Employment Hero is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting blue-collar, operational or site-based employees would be highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of the Australian employment environment.
- Immediate or one-week availability.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
