Must be in the Hunter/Lake Macquarie Area, Australia. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our fully accredited, well-established, and dedicated general practice, located at water front over looking the beautiful Lake Macquarie. The position is set to commence on 20th Sept. 2026 As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with our GPs and medical team to provide high-quality patient care in a busy GP clinic environment. Strong computer skills are essential, and knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Cold Chain Management and Vaccine Fridge Management
- Ordering and Restocking Vaccines
- Health Assessments & Care Plan Development
- Cervical Screening Tests (CST), self-collection
- ECGs and IVC
- Ear Syringing




- Implementing and Supervising Infection Control Policies & Protocols
- Ordering and Maintenance of Clinical Supplies
- Maintenance of Clinical Equipment Registers
- Assisting with Observations, Emergencies, and Clinical Triaging
- Excellent Organisational & Time Management Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to Engage with Patients of All Ages and Ethnicities
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Flexibility to Assist with Holiday Relief Qualifications & Requirement
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Previous General Practice experience preferred
- Solid Computer Skills
- Immunisation & Cold Chain Management Certificate required
- Well Women's Health Check (CST) Certificate required
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one Remuneration:
- Hourly Rate: $45 to $50 or higher per hour (as per AMA Award or above, depending on experience and qualifications)
