About the Role

We are seeking support for the daily operation of our car wash as well as for the assistance with customers while helping maintain a clean, safe and well-presented site. This role involves outdoor work, regular cleaning duties, lifting consumables and being on your feet for extended periods.

Our car wash operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The successful applicant will provide on-site support during core daytime hours and must be available to work every Sunday and Monday, approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm. Additional shifts may also be available from time to time.

What You'll Be Doing

Operations & Maintenance

- Cleaning wash bays, vacuums and common areas.
- Refilling chemicals and consumables.
- Undertaking routine equipment checks.
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Site Operator.
- Following site opening and closing procedures.

Customer Experience

- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.




- Resolve issues quickly, effectively and professionally.
- Encourage membership sign-ups and help customers get the most from our services.

What We're Looking For

- A reliable and punctual person with a strong work ethic.
- Available every Sunday and Monday.
- Friendly and confident dealing with customers.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Able to undertake light cleaning and site maintenance tasks.
- Current driver's licence preferred.
- Previous experience in a car wash, service station, retail, customer service or a similar operational environment is highly regarded.
- The successful applicant must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the site during their shift.
