We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen team at our busy coastal brewery.

The role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver outstanding-quality food for brewery guests, locals and visitors. You’ll be involved in everything from prep and service to maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard

- Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations

- Working efficiently during busy service periods

- Following food safety and hygiene standards

- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked

- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

About you

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has commercial kitchen experience

- Works well under pressure and enjoys a busy service

- Takes pride in quality, presentation and consistency

- Is reliable, organised and a team player

- Has a positive attitude and good communication skills

- Is available to work a flexible range of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Experience in a pub, brewery, restaurant or high-volume kitchen is highly regarded.
