Grand Hotel Healesville is seeking an experienced crowd controller for Friday and Saturday night shifts at our country pub. You’ll work calmly with regulars, read situations, and help keep staff and patrons safe in a relaxed, community‑focused workplace.
We value reliable, punctual team players with strong communication and good judgement who understand country pub culture and can de‑escalate situations without resorting to confrontation.
