We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, flexible and easy-going Support Worker with a "can do" attitude to support a gentleman with a physical disability in his home based in Orange NSW .

About You

You are a positive, honest and reliable person with a strong work ethic.

You follow instructions well and understand the importance of providing individualised support within a home and community environment.





You have good time management skills and are flexible and easy-going, understanding that daily routines can sometimes change.

Most importantly, you are looking for long-term employment within a supportive and respectful environment.

About the Role

You will work closely with the member in their own home and community, providing support with:

- Personal care (when required, willing to learn)
- Community access
- Interest in card games is desirable

Support Shifts are:

- Saturday
- 12-4pm (some flexibility)

An excellent casual hourly rate is on offer plus superannuation.

Penalty rates apply for weekend work in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2020.

Mandatory Criteria

- Current First Aid Certificate
- Car and current UnrestrictedDrivers License

Preferred requirements

- Qualifications and/or experience in Aged Care and/or Disability Support

Applicants must meet the mandatory criteria to be eligible.
