We're looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our kitchen team!

Prep Hand / Kitchen Hand Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support chefs with daily prep and kitchen operations.

Cook Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food to the required standards.
- Assist with mise en place and daily service.
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
- Follow food safety and workplace procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, especially for cooks
