Temporary Customer Service Representative | Sydney CBD

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join a busy and collaborative team within a well-established organisation in the FMCG sector.

Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Representative

- Pay: $40 per hour + Super
- Hours: 8:00am-16:30pm Monday to Friday
- Temporary to permanent

Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, order lifecycle, responding to emails etc.

- Processing customer orders accurately within SAP
- Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment
- Responding to customer enquiries via email
- Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status
- Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers
- Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up
- Maintaining a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail
