My Kind of Food - Joondalup Health Campus is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Barista to join our team. We are seeking a passionate coffee professional with excellent barista skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee with excellent barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art
- Maintain consistent coffee quality during busy periods
- Provide strong customer service and communication
- Work independently and lead by example
- Demonstrate good teamwork, time management and organisational skills
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

About you

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista in a busy café




- Excellent coffee-making skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art
- Ability to maintain consistent coffee quality during busy periods
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
- Good teamwork, time management and organisational skills
- A friendly and supportive working environment
