ISS at Melbourne Airport is seeking a Customer Service Officer on a casual basis to greet passengers and provide information and guidance throughout the airport precinct. The role focuses on helping travellers move through screening and reducing queues with a solid service mindset.

Minimum criteria include ASIC clearance, a valid driver’s license, 24/7 availability, and 2+ years in customer-facing roles; onsite parking and uniform are provided, with internal opportunities for career development.
