You will work under the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver authentic Indian dishes across luxury dining venues and large events, including weddings, with a focus on quality and consistency.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in Indian cuisine within 4- or 5-star hotel environments, a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery,
