We're gearing up for the Cyber Sales and Christmas rush and looking for energetic, reliable and hardworking casuals to join our warehouse teams in Truganina, working with leading apparel and footwear brands.

If you enjoy staying active, being on your feet and working in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to get involved in the busiest time of the year

What's involved?

You'll initially work in the packing area, preparing apparel and footwear orders for dispatch. Once you've demonstrated your capability in packing, you'll be trained in picking duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Picking using RF scanners to process orders.
- Walking extensively and staying active throughout your shift.
- Maintaining a productive pace and meeting daily KPIs.
- Following warehouse procedures and maintaining a strong safety-first mindset.
- Working collaboratively to keep orders moving during the peak season.

Packing comes first, so you must be comfortable and confident performing packing duties before progressing to picking.

You'll need:

- Previous Picking & Packing warehouse experience, with RF scanning experience essential.
- Excellent communication
- Excellent numerical skills with the ability to count
- The ability to work efficiently, accurately and meet productivity targets.
- To be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- A robust commitment to workplace safety.
- A reliable, dedicated and hardworking attitude.
- The flexibility to work varying hours and days as warehouse demand changes.

Casual flexibility is key

These are casual positions supporting the upcoming Cyber Sales and Christmas peak period. We need people who understand that casual work means flexibility.

Roster patterns may vary, including:

- Shorter working weeks when demand fluctuates.
- Up to five days per week during busier periods.
- Shorter shifts depending on operational requirements.

You will be assigned to a designated shift. Our immediate requirement is for day shift casuals, with afternoon and potentially night shift opportunities as demand increases.

You do need to be comfortable with a variable roster and willing to work the hours offered.

Hourly pay rates

Day shift $33.85

Afternoon shift $37.91

Night shift $41.98
