Pet Circle Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant – Customer Experience & Operations (Onsite) to join our Pemulwuy pharmacy team. This casual, on-site role supports high-volume customer service and pharmacy operations, with a focus on accurate order processing and patient care.
You will handle email, live chat, and occasional calls, manage prescription and order records, and help keep stock and SOPs aligned with regulatory requirements. In office hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week.
