The Sporting Globe is opening its biggest venue yet in Greensborough, Melbourne. We’re seeking a Head Chef who can build the kitchen from day one, lead a high-calibre BOH team, and drive top-quality, high-volume service across game days and busy periods.
You’ll recruit, coach and develop staff, own kitchen operations, and partner with the Venue Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining food safety and cost controls.
