We are currently seeking to appoint Gympie to Gladstone based HR Professionals (who only work part-time elsewhere) and who have NFP Sector HR and SCHADS experience, to undertake occasional HR consultancy projects for smaller Not for Profit organisations. Tasks will include:
Interim HR Advisor projects
Workplace Reviews
HR Practices Modernisation
Recreating HR from a "Enforcing Compliance" function to an "Encouraging Creativity" focus
SCHADS Advice and Application
Other Awards
Policy Renew

Leadership Support
Restructures

Based in or near Gympie, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Wide Bay or Burnett regions
