Who we’re looking for

- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
- A leader who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering standout customer experiences
- Someone excited to be part of a brand’s growth journey and take on bigger leadership opportunities
- Confident handling P&L;, budgets, and the day-to-day challenges of a busy restaurant
- Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure
