Join a privately owned early childhood centre rated "Exceeding" that is inspired by Reggio Emilia and slow pedagogy approaches. The centre strives to promote and develop our team from within, to continuously improve practice and outcomes for children. We are looking for an experienced educator or enthusiastic trainee to join our under 2's age group. We offer paid PDs, birthday leave, daily lunch and above award wages.
Key responsibilities
Work with children and support daily rituals in the under 2's age group
Engage in play and enjoy in early childhood
Participate in inquiry based learning
About you
Hold an interest or willingness to learning about the Reggio Emilia Educational project and long term inquiry based learning
Have obtained or be willing to study your Certificate 3, Diploma, or be studying your Diploma or ECT Qualifications
