We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to represent our brand and drive growth across Western Australia.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' experience in sales, account management or with customer facing experience who is ready to take the next step into B2B sales.

You may currently be working in customer service, internal sales, retail, administration or account coordination and be looking to develop your career in a customer-facing sales role. Based in Malaga and reporting to the Sales Manager WA, this role offers a clear pathway into a long-term B2B sales career.

Previous experience in the electrical, construction or building products industries would be valuable but is not essential – we are more interested in your communication skills, customer focus, willingness to learn and genuine interest in developing a career in sales.





Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing and prospective customers across Western Australia

Respond to customer enquiries and identify opportunities to support sales growth

Develop new business opportunities through regular customer engagement

Assist with product demonstrations, presentations and customer meetings

Maintain accurate customer records and support the development of the sales pipeline

Work towards territory sales and growth targets

Represent CMS Electracom at industry events, trade shows and exhibitions

About You

1–2 years' experience in sales, customer service, internal sales, account support or a related role

A genuine interest in developing a career in B2B sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The confidence to speak with customers, ask questions and understand their needs

A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach

Solid organisation and follow-through

A current driver's licence and availability to travel throughout WA every eight weeks

Highly regarded but not essential:

Experience in the electrical, construction, building products or related industries

Previous B2B, trade or technical sales experience

Experience working with distributors, contractors or project-based customers
