Omoda Jaecoo is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Business Manager to join our growing dealership team.

This is an exciting chance for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, enjoys working with customers and has a proven ability to maximise finance and insurance opportunities.

About the Role

Working closely with our General Manager and sales team, you will play a key role in delivering finance and insurance solutions to customers purchasing new and demonstrator vehicles.

Key Responsibilities





- Present and arrange tailored vehicle finance and insurance solutions.
- Maximise finance penetration and dealership profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the sales team.
- Manage finance applications, approvals and settlements efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process.
- Ensure all finance and insurance activities comply with relevant legislation and lender requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager or F&I; Manager, highly regarded.
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
- A proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- A professional, motivated and results-focused attitude.
- Sound knowledge of automotive finance products and compliance requirements.
