Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, is seeking an Industrial Relations Senior Advisor to join the Adelaide CBD team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead enterprise agreements consolidation, guide leaders through complex workplace matters, and partner with HR, Payroll and operations across a national portfolio.

Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and contemporary awards is essential.
