Join a leading Australian company specialising in premium commercialshading and window furnishing solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced site managerto support the delivery and installation of commercial and architectural projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure team of installers and tradesare working towards daily schedules and activitiesacross commercial and architectural projects, ensuring work is progressing to programme.

Attend sites to oversee installation works, monitor progress and ensure work is being completed to the required quality and specification.

Liaise with installers, builders, clients and Project Managers to resolve onsite issues, coordinate deliveries and manage site requirements.

Review plans, specifications and measure sheets, ensuring installers have the correct information, materials and access required to complete the work.

Support Project Managers with site coordination, documentation, safety requirements and the overall delivery of projects.

Skills & Experience

- Trade background, ideally in carpentry, joinery or construction, with strong practical and hands-on experience.

- Previous on-the-tools or site-based experience with a practical understanding of installation, construction and building processes.

- Strong understanding of site operations, with the ability to oversee installers, monitor progress and understand the work being carried out.

- A hands-on, practical approach with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing into a supervisory/project-based role.

- Valid Australian driver's licence and the ability to work across Brisbane and Gold Coastproject sites.
