Fletchers Group is recruiting for a Solicitor/CILEX Responsible Injury (Grade C) in Northampton. The role supports lead fee earners and a paraLEGAL in handling high-value catastrophic cases (> £500,000), including RTA, EL, PL and OL matters.

You will progress cases from inception to conclusion, ensure timely actions, and mentor junior team members while maintaining high client care standards. Hybrid working is offered.
