Metro South Health is seeking a Senior Community Services Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based pharmacy services across community settings. You will work with home visits, outpatient clinics and residential care within a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure and patient-centred care.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service improvements, education, and discharge planning.
