Southern Cross Fertilisers is seeking a qualified Site Nurse to lead emergency medical care and occupational health services at our remote Phosphate Hill operation. You will run the in office medical centre, manage emergency equipment and health records, and perform fitness-for-work assessments while coordinating with regional health partners.

The role requires 5+ years post-graduate nursing experience, ALS and pre-hospital trauma life support, and the ability to make clinical decisions
