- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and workplace procedures
- Create a positive, energetic and customer-focused team culture
- Take ownership of restaurant sales performance and operational budgets
- Monitor and control wages, food costs and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Manage supplier ordering, stock levels and inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and maximise profitability
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Director to achieve business objectives

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

We're looking for a commercially savvy, solutions-focused hospitality professional who knows how to run a successful, high-volume restaurant and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

To be considered, you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager in a high-volume, quick-service, made-to-order food environment
- Previous experience successfully opening a new restaurant or store, from pre-opening preparations through to trading

- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L;, wage management, food costs and operational budgets
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, rostering, training and developing successful teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence making decisions, solving problems and working in a fast-paced setting
- Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Availability to work five days per week

Most importantly, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to inspire your team and deliver outstanding results.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This is more than just another restaurant management role. It's an opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and put your own stamp on an exciting new venue.

- Attractive salary of $90K–$105K DOE + Super
- Performance bonus + additional benefits
- Take the lead in launching a brand-recent Sydney CBD restaurant
- Build, train and develop your own team from the ground up
- Enjoy genuine ownership and accountability for restaurant operations
