War Memorial Hospital in Waverley, NSW, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transitional Aged Care Program. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing and case management services within a multidisciplinary TAC team, aligning with NSW Health and SESLHD standards.

The position is a fixed-term full time role, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm, commencing 11 January 2027 for 12 months with potential extension. Eligibility for an ongoing list may follow.
