SA Health's Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse – Community Midwife to provide proficient, person-centred midwifery care to women, babies and families across Naracoorte and the upper Limestone Coast community.
You will support mothers and babies with prenatal, postnatal and neonatal assessments, lead in care delivery within the home environment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote secure, continuous care.
