What Do YouNeed to Be Successful?

- Working towards or holding a Diplomain Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- A valid Working with Children Check(WWCC).
- Training in Child Protection, RedNose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards,NQF, and EYLF.
- A genuine passion for early childhoodeducation, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.
