What's involved?

Your work plays a key role in making sure that when customers need parts, advice or support, Sterling is the name that comes to mind. Think Sterling.

Based at our vibrant Victoria West branch in Derrimut, you'll be our customers' partner of choice. Your mission is to deliver outstanding service and support, and to build relationships that go beyond transactions. You'll identify parts accurately, provide tailored quotes and finalise sales, primarily through our website and phone channels.

As a senior member of the team, you'll bring the experience to handle complex enquiries independently, and the team will look to you for your product knowledge. If you take pride in quality work,

show initiative and enjoy solving problems, you'll thrive here.

There's room to grow, and your achievements will be noticed and rewarded. We're passionate about nurturing talent, so career progression is on the table for those who strive for excellence.

What are we looking for?

We offer a market-competitive salary, based on your experience. Here's who we think will shine in this role:

You're attentive to detail and bring a quality-first approach.

Deep product knowledge. You can work through the tricky identifications, such as older vehicles and cross-references, with little supervision

A track record of converting quotes into sales and building strong trade relationships

Clear, accurate communication by phone and in writing

A quality-first approach. You get the part right the first time and own the outcome when something goes wrong

Generous with your knowledge. You're happy to help teammates when they're stuck on a tricky enquiry

At Sterling Parts, we celebrate diversity and welcome team members from all walks of life- because we believe different perspectives drive our success.
