Senior Business Analyst - Legal Services

Our client is a leader within the Legal Services industry and are currently undergoing significant Transformation across business and technology.

As a result we have an exciting 12mth contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has prior experience working within the Legal Services industry, delivering projects relating to both Technology Integration and Process Improvement projects.

This is a hybrid role and will be a combination of 2-3 days in the office (Melbourne CBD) and the remainder WFH (Melbourne CBD)

Key Requirements

- 5+ Years experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
- MUST have a demonstrable background working within the Legal Services industry, ideally within a Law firm.
- MUST have Strong Core Business Analysis skills including Project Scoping, Requirement Elicitation (including Use Cases) and Documentation, Process Mapping & Facilitating Workshops.
- A robust background and level of experience in developing Process Flows,



Procedures and Policy documentation.
- Strong skills in BPMN and other tools associated with document Process Flows and Diagrams.
- Experience working within a Scaled AGILE environment.
- MUST be highly proactive and be willing to take the initiative to obtain the information required to deliver your outcomes.
- Experienced in working in a complex Stakeholder Environment requiring you to seek out information.
- MUST have exceptional Stakeholder Engagement and Communication skills.
- MUST be able to attend the Melbourne CBD office and WFH as required.
- Experience with both AGILE and Waterfall project methods.
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills.
